Visitor Regulations

On behalf of ourselves, our employees, and volunteers, we are pleased to welcome you to Camping Horizon.
As each campground is unique, we took into consideration our valued customers as well as the desired goal:
A pleasant place to live and visit.

The speed limit on the campsite is 8 KM/H.
It is also forbidden to park in the streets.

Arrival time is 1 p.m. and departure 12 p.m.:

If you wish to extend your stay past the departure time, please see management. An extension of your stay can be requested at the campsite reception. However, reservations already made have priority.

Occupancy:

Only one equipment (tent, tent-caravan, RV) is permitted per site.

Curfew:

From 11pm to 8am. Please note that the entrance and exit to the campsite is closed from 11pm to 8am. During these hours, noise and all motorized traffic are strictly prohibited. Please note that any noise that may disturb other campers at any time of the day will not be tolerated.

Bike:

The use of bicycles is permitted and encouraged; however, traveling by bike is only permitted on the campground streets. The speed of 8 km/h must be respected. It is prohibited to travel after dusk or 9 p.m. at the latest. Please advise your children.

Pets:

Must be tied up on your site or kept on a leash (max. 6 feet) by a responsible adult or teenager when walking on the campground.
Pets are prohibited in play areas and service areas (restaurant, washroom facilities, community hall, etc.)
No dog should be left unsupervised.
Any aggressive or noisy dog will not be tolerated and may be expelled. Additionally, no excessive yapping/barking will be tolerated.

Always have bags to collect dog excrements and dispose of them it in the containers at the front entrance.

Any non-compliance with these regulations will require us to ask you to leave the premises without refund.

Dangerous breeds are not accepted on the campsite: Pitbulls, dogs similar to Mastiff, Tosa-Inu, Doberman, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler and Rottweiler-looking dogs belonging to this category.

Your guests:

The tenant is responsible for his guests. Guests must pay the entrance fee and leave the campsite by the curfew. If they wish to spend the night, they must advise the reception and pay the overnight fee.

Campfires:

Campfires are permitted only in places designated for this purpose. At all times, they must remain of low intensity (maximum height of 2 feet) and maintained under the supervision of a responsible person.
Important: they must be extinguished before retiring for the night or before your departure (think about the safety of our children). It is prohibited to burn waste, plastic or construction wood. If you want wood, please go to reception.

Trees and shrubs:

It is prohibited to cut, slash, drive nails or cause any other damage to trees on the campsite.

Services:

The restaurant is open from 8 a.m. on weekends. Le dépanneur est situé au restaurant.

Garbage:

Waste or recycling must be placed in containers at the campsite entrance.

Responsibility:

Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Park hours 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

At all times, visitors must respect Camping Horizon’s facilities. A visitor must leave the site occupied and the equipment used in clean and in good condition. The landlord cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for damage caused to the visitor or their equipment.

No refund:

for a shortened stay or for any unwanted visitor who will be expelled.

Our social committee works hard at creating fun activities during the weekend.
